TrueLine Desk (“we”) sells business software to HVAC companies. This site does not run ads and does not sell personal information.
If you email us: your email, shop name, and whatever you write. If you pay: Stripe processes the card; we see billing name, email, and last4 — not the full card number. If you are a customer shop: call recordings, transcripts, phone numbers, addresses, and calendar events needed to book jobs.
To answer you, invoice you, run the Assistant, tune prompts, and meet law or payment disputes. An operator outside the United States (including Ecuador) may access recordings to do that work. We do not sell lead lists. We do not use shop-caller data to train public models for other customers without a written addendum.
Typical processors: Stripe (payments), Google (calendar/email), Twilio or similar (phone/SMS), a voice-agent vendor (e.g. Retell), and email hosting. Their terms apply to data they process.
Prospect emails: until you ask us to delete, or 24 months of silence. Customer recordings: while the account is open, then up to 30 days after termination unless a dispute or law requires longer.
Email hello@truelinedesk.com to access, correct, or delete prospect data we hold. Shops own their caller records; a homeowner who called a shop should contact that shop first.
Static pages. No marketing pixels on v1. Server logs (if we host this) may include IP and user-agent for security.
