TrueLine Desk is appointment-scheduling software for U.S. trades, operated by a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as TrueLine Desk (“we”). By using this website or buying the service you agree to these terms and, if you are a paying shop, to the Master Services Agreement we send you.
We provide software that answers inbound calls, books calendar appointments, and may send SMS confirmations. We are not your HVAC contractor, not a licensed mechanical company, and not an advertising agency. We do not promise a telephony SLA. If the voice or phone vendor is down, calls should roll to your voicemail.
Setup and monthly fees are as invoiced on Stripe (typically USD 2,500 setup and USD 497 or 797 per month). The 30-day refund applies to the first monthly fee after go-live, as stated on the invoice and MSA. Setup is earned at go-live.
No unlawful robocalling, no purchased consumer lists, no adult, gambling, or debt-collection campaigns on this stack. You must have the right to forward the number you give us. You are responsible for TCPA/consent on texts to people who called your shop, and for any call-recording disclosure your state requires.
The site and service are provided “as is.” Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to fees you actually paid in that period. We are not liable for missed jobs, lost profits, or a homeowner’s equipment failure.
Wyoming law. Disputes in Wyoming courts unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
